SHIPPING POLICY

Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship our products to customers all over the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs
Due to the weight of our products (3.5 kg per unit), shipping fees are calculated based on destination and quantity. We strive to offer the most competitive international rates via our trusted logistics partners.


Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our products. Due to the size and weight of the items we ship, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, including change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.

Returns for Malfunctioning or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video demonstrating the problem

  • Your order number and contact information

Upon verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement unit at no additional shipping cost, or

  • Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Conditions for Acceptance of Returns:

  • Product must be unused (unless malfunctioning)

  • Original packaging should be retained for possible return shipping

  • Proof of damage or defect must be provided

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our criteria or is reported outside of the 7-day window.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products showing signs of misuse or modification

  • Returns requested due to preference or compatibility issues (please review product specifications before purchase)
